1. Acceptance of these terms

By accessing this website or by creating a SeeWider account, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and by the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy linked from the footer. If you do not agree, do not use the website or the product.

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above always reflects the current version. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old, or the minimum age required to consent to data processing in your country, whichever is higher. By using SeeWider you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Your account

Some features of SeeWider require an account on the linked product. You are responsible for the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.

We may suspend or close an account that violates these terms or that poses a security or legal risk to SeeWider or to other users.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use SeeWider to: (a) violate any law or the rights of any person; (b) upload, publish, or share content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, infringing, or that contains malware; (c) attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of SeeWider or to other users' data; (d) reverse engineer, scrape, or interfere with the normal operation of the website or product; (e) send unsolicited messages through any contact channel we provide.

5. Your content

You keep ownership of the graphs, posts, images, and other content you create or upload to SeeWider ("your content").

You grant SeeWider a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, copy, transmit, and display your content solely as needed to operate the product and to provide the features you have chosen to use (for example, publishing a board to a public URL).

You are solely responsible for your content and for confirming that you have the rights to share it. We may remove content that, in our reasonable judgement, violates these terms or any applicable law.

6. SeeWider's intellectual property

The SeeWider name, logo, website design, software, and documentation are owned by SeeWider and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. These terms do not transfer any of those rights to you. You may not use the SeeWider name or logo without our prior written consent, except to fairly identify SeeWider as the source of your account or content.

7. Third-party services

To run SeeWider we rely on a small number of third-party service providers, including: Resend (transactional email for contact-form submissions), a managed cloud hosting provider (account and content storage), Google Tag Manager (analytics, only after you grant consent), Cloudflare (image and media hosting for the blog), and Google reCAPTCHA (spam protection on the contact form).

Your use of SeeWider may also be subject to the terms of those providers when their services are involved. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party services beyond our reasonable selection and configuration of them. The list of processors is also enumerated in the Privacy Policy.

8. Suspension and termination

You may stop using SeeWider at any time. You can also request deletion of your account by contacting us using the address in section 12.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms, if your use poses a legal or security risk, or if we discontinue the service. We will give reasonable notice where we can, except where the breach or risk requires immediate action.

9. Disclaimer and liability

SeeWider is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do our best to keep it working but cannot guarantee that it will always be available, error-free, or that data will never be lost.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we accept no liability for any loss or damage arising from your use of SeeWider. You are responsible for how you use it and for the content you create or upload. Nothing here removes any liability that the law does not allow us to exclude.

10. Changes to these terms

We may modify these terms at any time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. For material changes we will also try to give a reasonable, more visible notice (for example, a banner on the website or an email to account holders). Your continued use after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.

11. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms or your use of SeeWider will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Istanbul Çağlayan Courts and Enforcement Offices (İstanbul Çağlayan Mahkemeleri ve İcra Daireleri), Türkiye.

If you are a consumer and the law of your country of residence grants you mandatory consumer-protection rights that this section cannot override, those rights are preserved.
